The Chameleon house by Czech practice Petr Hajek Architects poses like a lizard amidst a sunlit meadow in the center of a garden. Inspired by a chameleon, the five windows face different directions with unique view and atmosphere. Each room in the house is oriented to one of the trees. The living room faces the apple tree, the master bedroom faces a cherry tree, the bathroom, the peach tree, the guest room faces the silver spruce and the children’s room, the walnut. The five windows observe their surroundings like the eyes of a chameleon.
